Brazil Yellow Bourbon Dark Coffee

The Yellow Bourbon bean variety is thought to take its name from a single coffee tree. In 1713, King Louis XIV was presented with a coffee tree by the Dutch. Seedlings from this tree were later transported to the French Island of Bourbon which is now called Reunion.

This Yellow Bourbon coffee grown is on the Daterra Farm. The farm is made up of 216 micro farms, each bringing its own individual characteristics. The Daterra Farm Cooperative are world leaders in sustainable production and innovation in the coffee industry. They were the first farm in Brazil to become Rainforest Alliance certified. We roast this Brazil Yellow Bourbon dark to bring out its delectable smoothness and flavours of rich dark chocolate with blackcurrant and plum notes.

Creole Blend Coffee

Creole Blend is one of our bestsellers and has been a frequent feature of our daily roasting schedule from the very early years of our business.

Created by Harold Higgins in the 1950s, this blend was designed for customers who were asking for stronger, darker blends but without any harsh bitterness or acidity.

Creole Blend is a mixture of South American beans from Colombia and Brazil, roasted dark to produce a coffee that is powerful, rich and very smooth.

With notes of dark chocolate and rich cacao, this blend has become very popular as an after-dinner coffee, but the refreshing blackberry finish makes it perfect for all occasions.

Hot Chocolate 

Indulge in a luxury chocolate world with these rich, dark chocolate flakes, perfect for hot chocolates and cafe mochas. This dark Belgian chocolate is presented in a beautiful, vintage-style black and gold-embossed tin.

Dipped Candied Fruit Box

A delicious selection of juicy fruits, gently candied for over a week to preserve the natural flavours and juices, then dipped and dressed in São Tomé single origin dark chocolate. 

• Fruit weights vary, minimum 150g. Ribbon may vary. 
• The box contains 1 clementine, 3 pairs of cherries, 1 orange Sunrise slice, and 1 pineapple slice. 
• Store sealed below 18C.

Plain chocolate contains cocoa solids 70% min. May contain traces of milk, nuts.
