You will need...

25ml/ 1fl oz    Kahlua

25ml/1fl oz     Espresso (we recommend H.R. Higgins Daterra Bruzzi, 1942 blend or our Christmas Blend)

50ml/2fl oz     Vodka

50ml/2fl oz     Tequila 

A few coffee beans

Method...

Fill a cocktail shaker generously with ice and combine all the ingredients.

Shake vigorously and then pour into a chilled glass and decorate with a few coffee beans.

I absolutely love meringues! I’ve always wanted to try making coffee meringues, but most recipes recommend using espresso powder. Working for H.R. Higgins, I can’t imagine having instant coffee in the house! So, I came up with my own version using a fresh shot of espresso.
